Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices continue to trend firm for wings, tenders and boneless skinless
breasts and steady to firm for bone-in breasts and dark meat cuts.
Trucklot buying activity is good entering the weekend. Offerings of
wings and boneless skinless breasts remain tight to short of current
needs with premiums noted; tenders are in close balance and moving
well. Most dark meat items are light to moderate with thigh meat in
the best position. Market activity is moderate to active.
